The Summerhill Pyramid Vineyard comprises over 65 acres of which approximately 45 are planted. Summerhill is a Certified Organic Vineyard using no herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers in the soil. Glacier rock dust is added to provide trace minerals. The grape clones have been imported from the finest vineyards of Champagne France, Bordeaux, the Rheingau and Mösel. They are Europe's most celebrated historic vinifera varietals. Grown here, they are producing wines that rival the best from their mother countries! Tours available.

The St Hubertus and Oak Bay Vineyards where originally planted in 1928 by J.W. Hughes during a time when good agricultural land was plentiful. Today, only a few of the original vines exist but the same choice growing conditions continue to produce the high quality grapes for which our vineyards are known. Using organic techniques, the Gebert Family has carefully nurtured the vineyard into top condition. The founding of the Winery in 1992 has allowed the Family to translate their love of vines into the pleasure of their award -winning natural dry wines. Tours available
